SOFTWARE END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THIS LICENSING AGREEMENT PRIOR TO PURCHASING OR USING THE WTSPY SOFTWARE. BY PURCHASING AND USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO ADHERE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE AND DELETE THE SOFTWARE AND ALL OF ITS RELATED FILES FROM YOUR DEVICE.

This mobile device software, artwork, sound, and additional components included in this product (collectively referred to herein as the "Software") are the copyrighted property of WtSpy and its licensing agents (collectively referred to as " WtSpy "). This Software is licensed (not sold) to you, and WtSpy is the sole owner of all copyrights, trade secrets, patents and all other proprietary rights included in the Software. You have the license to use the Software on only one mobile device. You have no right to:

1. copy (other than being in possession of one copy for backup purposes), distribute, rent, lease or sub-license all or any portion of the Software;

2. change, modify or prepare derivative works of the Software

3. transmit the Software over a network, by telephone or electronically using any means

4. reverse-engineer, disassemble or de-compile the Software.

You have the right to use the Software, but only if the recipient agrees to accept these terms and conditions delineated in this End User Licensing Agreement. In the event that you do use this Software, your license is automatically terminated and you are required to transfer all components, documentation and related files to the transferee while erasing any copies existing on a device onto which the software resides or has been installed by you.

You acknowledge and agree that the use of this Software is at your sole risk with the exception of the following 90-day limited, non-transferable warranty on the product: WtSpy agrees to warrant the original purchaser that the Software will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. If the Software proves to be defective, WtSpy will replace the defective digital media free of charge to the purchaser, provided that the digital media proves to be defective within the 90-day period following the date of purchase.
The terms of this EULA are subject to change at any time, and in the event of any changes, the updated version of the licensing agreement will appear on this page.

WtSpy Legal Agreement

It is a considered federal and/or state violation of the law in most cases to use surveillance software onto a mobile phone or other device for which you do not have proper authorization, and in most cases you are required to notify users of the device that they are being monitored. Failure to do so may result in a violation of federal or state laws, if you use this software onto a device you do not own or if you do not have proper consent to monitor the user of the device.

We absolutely do not endorse the use of our software for illegal purposes.

In order to purchase and download surveillance software from WtSpy , you must consent to and agree with the following conditions:

1. You acknowledge and agree that you are the legal owner of the mobile phone or device onto which the software is used, or that you have received nthe expressed, written consent of the device owner granting you the right to be the authorized administrator of the phone, it's content and its users.

2. If you use WtSpy software onto a phone that is not owned by you, or for which you do not have proper consent, we are obligated to comply with law enforcement officials to the fullest extent of the law in these instances, or any instance where this use is deemed to be illegal by local, state or federal law. This obligation includes providing to the proper authorities any and all requested customer data, and any other purchase-related or product-oriented information

3. You agree that you will gain knowledge of all local, state and federal laws to ensure that you are in compliance with all laws and restrictions in your specific geographic region. It may be illegal in your area to monitor other individuals on a device whether or not your own the device. You agree that you will under no circumstances monitor any adult without their expressed prior knowledge and consent.

4. You agree to the conditions in our End-User License Agreement, and you acknowledge and agree that WtSpy is not liable for any incidental damage to you or your device, nor for any litigation or legal action that may arise as a result of the use, abuse or misuse of WtSpy .
